Before
The Property
Graham approached Benefitz Gardening having inherited his Father’s property in Bournemouth. Graham lived in London and required an honest and reliable Bournemouth-based gardener to help maintain his Dad’s property ready for sale.
The Challenge
We met Graham in person and he showed us his garden which flowed from the front, down the side, and to the rear. The potential was massive, but it needed a large clearout. There were also lots of hedges and tall pushes that needed to be trimmed down. The footpath leading up to the front door was almost completely covered with overgrown lawn, so we had to give the lawned areas a much-needed mow while neatening the borders.
After
The Result
We went to work on the property and gave the garden a complete overhaul. As you can see from the photos, we returned the house’s garden back to its former glory and Graham was so happy with our work that he asked us to continue maintaining it once a fortnight until the property was successfully sold. With regular communication with Graham, we were able to keep him happy with everything. After the property was sold, we were delighted to receive a glowing 5-star review from Graham.
