Case Study – Amy Ringwood

The Property
Amy and her husband live in London but have recently bought a large cottage in the Ringwood area. They needed a reliable and honest gardening company to maintain their property whilst they were not there. We met Amy in person during her visit and she showed us around what was a large garden which had been well-maintained previously. It had lots of lawned areas, large hedges, borders with a variety of plants, as well as a vegetable patch.

The Challenge
The garden was in good condition, so the challenge was for an expert gardener to maintain it in a specific way at precise times of the year. We gave Amy a quote for an initial tidy-up and proposed regular fortnightly maintenance. Within this maintenance plan was the trimming of wisteria, roses, as well as some other plants. Amy required a gardening service where she could get advice, request extra jobs to be done, and for us to be able to make helpful suggestions regarding her garden improvements.

The Result
Amy selected Benefitz Gardening Services because we are a reputable Bournemouth-based gardening service but also because she needed someone trustworthy and reliable. We were delighted to be able to successfully clear out her garden and establish an agreement for fortnightly maintenance visits. During these fortnightly visits, we established a deep level of trust with Amy. This gave her the confidence to give us access to the property without her being there. We communicated with her about every visit to give her arrival and departure times as well as details of what work we had done that day. This agreement meant we were able to reassure her that everything was locked and secured. We appreciate the trust that Amy placed in us as we maintain the properties we maintain as if they were our own.
