The Project
Churchfield Estate Agents are responsible for a large number of rental properties dotted around Bournemouth and Poole. These properties ranged from 2-bedroom terraced houses and flats to 3-bedroom semi-detached, and up to 4-bedroom detached houses, so there were a wide range of garden sizes.
The Challenge
Previously, Churchfield Estate Agents had been hiring an individual gardener who had simply stopped turning up to jobs. This meant that many of their properties were starting to look scruffy and not maintained. Churchfield were therefore in somewhat of a desperate state to get their garden’s cleaned and tidied ready for rental viewings.

The Result
Initially, Churchfields entrusted Benefitz Gardening Services with five of their properties. We did a complete clear-up and tidy of all five gardens to bring them back to their best state. This first job was such as success that they gave us an ongoing maintenance job to help them stay on top of their gardens once a fortnight.
Our relationship grew much stronger in the weeks and months that followed, Churchfields started giving us even more properties to look after, including a large block of flats where we had projects such as fencing, tree surgery, and more complex landscaping projects.
We have now established a strong relationship with Churchfield Estate Agency, and we were delighted to be named as their main gardening contractor.
